5. Cookies
To make the Site easier to use and enable certain features, we use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies ("Cookies"). Cookies are small text files stored on your device.
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies stay on your device for a set period, so we or our partners can recognize your browser on your next visit, for example to remember the contents of your cart.
We use Cookies to run and improve the Site, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and optimize advertising. For the Cookies Shopify uses to power our store, see Shopify's cookie policy.
Advertising partners
We may work with advertising partners, who place their own Cookies on your device when you visit the Site (third-party cookies). Managing Cookies
- You can set your browser to notify you when Cookies are placed, and to accept or reject them case by case or in general. Instructions are in the help menu of your browser (for example Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge).

6. Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we'll send you regular updates about new products, offers, and foot care tips. Only your email address is required. Any other information is optional and used to address you personally.
We use a double opt-in process: after you sign up, we send you a confirmation email, and we only start sending newsletters once you confirm by clicking the link. When you sign up, we record your IP address and the date and time, so we can trace any misuse of your email address.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every newsletter, or by emailing us. Your email address is then removed from our newsletter list immediately. We'll still send you necessary messages about your orders and account.
7. Sharing your information to fulfill your order

To deliver your order, we share your name, delivery address, phone number, and order details with our fulfillment and shipping partners, including customs brokers where needed to clear your order through Japanese customs.
Payment providers
To process your payment, we share the necessary payment and order details with the payment provider you choose, such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, PayPay, or the providers that process konbini and Pay-easy payments. These providers may carry out fraud checks. We never store your full credit card number. For details, see the privacy policy of the relevant provider.

- When necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain your consent
