Costs besides the product priceShipping: free throughout Japan, with tracking and delivery insurance. Additional shipping costs may apply to remote areas and islands; in that case we'll email you before shipping and only send your order once you've agreed.
Because orders ship from outside Japan, import duties and import consumption tax may apply at customs.

Konbini payment and Pay-easy: within 7 days of your order date (the deadline is also shown in your order confirmation email; orders are cancelled automatically once it passes).
Delivery timeWe ship within 1–2 business days of your order (or of payment confirmation for konbini and Pay-easy), and delivery takes 3–6 business days, so 4–8 business days in total. Peak periods, customs inspections, and remote areas or islands can take longer. We deliver within Japan only. See our Shipping Policy.
Order changes and cancellationsEmail us within 3 hours of ordering to cancel, or within 6 hours to change your address or order. Orders can't be changed or cancelled once shipped.
Returns and exchanges (special return terms)Contact us within 30 days of delivery; returns require prior approval. Shoes must be unworn (trying them on indoors is fine) with all tags, accessories, and the original shoe box. Return shipping for size exchanges and returns for your own reasons is at your own cost; we cover the shipping cost of the replacement.
Shoes worn outdoors can be exchanged once under the NOBIASHI satisfaction guarantee; a refund isn't available.
Pre-order items, opened socks, insoles, and foot care products, and returns without approval can't be accepted. See our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Defective, incorrect, or damaged itemsWe'll send a free replacement, and cover return shipping where a return is needed. Report damage within 5 days of delivery with photos. Manufacturing defects are covered for 12 months from delivery.
Refund timing and methodWithin 5 business days of your return arriving and being checked, to your original payment method. For konbini and Pay-easy payments we refund by bank transfer and cover the transfer fee.
