Sizes are shown in Japanese sizing (cm). "Foot length" is the foot the shoe is made to fit.
Choose the same cm size as the trainers you usually wear. If you are between sizes, have wide or high-volume feet, or plan to wear thick socks, we recommend going up 0.5 cm.
How to measure your foot: Put a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall, stand with your heel to the wall, mark the tip of your longest toe and measure from the wall. If your feet differ, go by the longer one.
